Morris Lubricants Launches New Versimax Range

Morris Lubricants has launched a new range of high-quality heavy duty diesel engine oils.

The leading UK-based oil blender officially launched its Versimax brand, which comprises eight products, at the Commercial Vehicle Show in Birmingham. The name celebrates the versatility of the lubricants and their maximum quality.

The Versimax brand has achieved a wide range of OEM approvals, enabling fleet operators maximum rationalisation potential, while also reducing the risk of misapplication.

Experts at Morris Lubricants have found that mixed fleets are often being run with a myriad of different grades of oil for each vehicle. In many instances it will be the case that Morris will be able to help businesses consolidate their inventory and use fewer products.

Morris Lubricants marketing manager Craig Bastable said: “The Versimax range is something that we have been considering very carefully for a significant period of time.

“The commercial vehicle sector is one in which we are very strong and have seen significant growth. Our aim is to continue to move forward in that sector and to help those businesses which find stocking a different oil for each vehicle a logistical nightmare.

“Whilst the two latest high specification and approved heavy duty diesel engine oils were in development, we decided it was the perfect time to implement a new clearer naming and structuring system, making a break from the well-known Ring Free brand.

“The Ring Free brand will still continue to exist for previous technology products but all products moving forward will come under the Versimax brand.

“All fleet operators that want to look into rationalising their inventory are urged to get in touch with Morris Lubricants where our technical team can give expert advice on OEM approvals and relevant Versimax grades.”
