Returns / Cancellation

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 24 hours of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract. No claims with regard to damage items can be made after our courier has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery.

With regard to damage to metal containers:

Whilst we take all reasonable care to ensure our orders are packed sufficiently, small dents to our metal containers are often unavoidable and considered acceptable when transporting via the parcel courier network, we will not accept claims for damaged items that are merely superficial denting to containers. Photographic evidence will be required!

Special order / Made to order - non stock items cancellation & return conditions. Special or made to order items are not stock items, they are made to order and as such are not subject to the usual return conditions. They are shown as in stock on the website solely for the purpose of pre order, see returns conditions below.

If you cancel an order for a Special or Made to order - non stock item before the order has been dispatched, a refund of 20% of the price paid will be issued to you.

Once you have received delivery of a Special or Made to order - non stock item, you may not under any circumstances (except that of a warranty replacement) return the product & no refund will be issued.

On sale or Clearance items. B2B Customers.

Items advertised as on sale or clearance will be subject to a restocking charge of minimum £5.00 or 20 % whichever is the greater. This applies only to B2B (Business) customers.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made then it shall be the responsibility of the Seller to collect faulty Goods if the items are large, otherwise the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller and the Buyer shall be entitled to replacement Goods or a full refund (including delivery costs, if applicable) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package.

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

Where Goods are purchased via the internet, by mail order or by phone or fax, the Buyer has the right, in addition to any other rights, to cancel the Goods and receive a refund by informing the Seller in writing or by email within 14 working days of receipt of the Goods. This does not apply to goods or services worth £42.00 or less.

The goods must be returned at the Buyer's cost and should be adequately packed & insured during the return journey. The goods should be sent with a courier who willingly carries liquids (if applicable) & the shipment should be classified as such with the courier, ideally liquids should be sent on a dedicated liquid service.

The Buyer shall receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including standard delivery charges, except for return postal charges & Priority delivery charges) within 30 days of cancellation. However, if you have simply changed your mind, ordered too much or the wrong item or delivery has failed because you have not been available to receive it or made reasonable provision for delivery then the original delivery charge where stated will be deducted from the refund. If no delivery charge was stated, a restocking charge equivalent to our actual delivery costs may be applied.

This does not apply to Special / Made to Order items, see above!
