Description:
Vivace SD is a very heavy duty versatile forming and deep drawing fluid
manufactured from a base of mixed solvent refined mineral oils and synthetic base
stocks.
Extremely high levels of extreme pressure additives, synthetic esters and lubricity
additives combine to produce a high performance product suited to many
applications, particularly deep drawing where severe draws can be performed in
a single operation without unwanted deformation or cracking at the edge of the
draw. Incorporation of corrosion preventative additives ensure Vivace SD is nonstaining
to both ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Viscosity modifiers and tackifying
agents ensure the product stays in place during the metal forming operation.

Description:
Vivace Vanishing Oil is an extremely low viscosity fluid formulated from dearomatised solvent refined from petroleum, extreme pressure and lubricity additives. It is a colourless fluid of low odour which after use disappears rapidly thereby obviating the need for degreasing or other film removal processes.
* NOTE: Vivace Vanishing Oil is based on a solvent designed to evaporate from
the component surface after this operation has been completed. It therefore has
to be of a high evaporation rate and consequently falls into the flammable
category for chemicals.
VIVACE XT. LIGHT PRESSWORK OIL.

Description:
Vivace XT is a low viscosity, light presswork oil formulated from solvent refined mineral oils and a blend of carefully selected extreme pressure and lubricity additives. The viscosity has been selected to ensure complete surface coverage even when complicated shapes are involved.
VIVACE WG. FLUTE AND FORM GRINDING FLUID

Description:
Vivace WG is a technically advanced low viscosity neat cutting fluid specifically formulated as a Carbide and flute and form grinding fluid. Vivace WG is also formulated to ensure it is low misting and low foaming in use, even when used in high-pressure systems. Vivace WG has been successfully utilised in Walter, Anca and Schneeberger grinding machines.
