UK Standard Delivery information

We offer free UK standard parcel courier delivery on orders of £85.00 or over not including VAT to mainland U.K. addresses, however a surcharge will be applied to  Scotland addresses & off shore Islands. Please feel free to phone for a quote for delivery charges & to place orders for delivery in these areas.*Please note that UK standard delivery is Monday to Friday between 8.00 AM & 5.00 PM if you have restricted delivery times then see below for non-standard options.

Customer notes requesting specific delivery times or dispatch days will be ignored, these requirements should be discussed by phone with our operatives. Such requests may be considered to be priority or premium services & therefore chargeable!

205 Litre drums ordered by phone or email are exempt from free standard delivery & may be charged subject to delivery post code. Please discuss with the our operative when ordering.

Non-standard requirements

If you have any non-standard delivery requirements, specifically Same day dispatch, Booking in, Timed delivery or restricted delivery times, Specific vehicle sizes, Saturday delivery, or anything else that is not our standard dispatch within 5 working days then you must place your order by phone and discuss the options with our operative!

Please note: Delivery notification & tracking details will be sent by the courier by email if you have provided this detail to us correctly.

UK Online Standard Delivery charges

Order value under £85.00 before VAT, shipping = £6.95 + VAT

Order value of £85.00 & over before VAT, shipping = FREE.

Regional surcharges will apply as above, if your post code is blocked please call & ask for details. All non UK delivery address will be blocked, if you require delivery to a non UK address please email us [email protected]

UK standard deliveries are usually packed & dispatched within 3 - 5 full working days after order throughout the UK (not including weekends or bank holidays), this may be extended during busy periods & national holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be classed as received on the following working day. Orders placed during the weekend will be classed as received on the following working day.

Standard delivery orders when dispatched are shipped on a 24 hour service (this does not include weekends or bank holidays and is a non-guaranteed service).

If your order is not stocked or unavailable for dispatch within the above period, we will advise you giving you a date where possible for the availability of the goods.

*As of 04/10/2023 Our default courier choice (APC) will now use the shipping option CONSIGNEE CHOICE.

This means that the driver can leave the parcel safe without signature or person present following the request of the consignee & no permission is required of the sender. If you leave instruction on your order for items to be left, the instruction will be passed to APC & shipped with the ALLOWED instruction.

Note* If you choose to have goods left at your premises unattended, this is done entirely at your own risk.

*Please note that no replacements or refunds will be offered for missing items if you have requested items to be left unattended & we accept no liability for these items.

Only 2 attempts will usually be made, if you have not made provision for acceptable delivery within the first 2 then extra charges may be applicable.

*Delivery services offered by the courier are non-guaranteed and may be subject to delay if problems occur!


*UK Premium delivery service, order by phone!

*If you require a same day dispatch with a next day, timed or Saturday service please call for a price on 01782 410391 & place your order by phone! Next day, timed & Saturday delivery is subject to stock availability / area and must be ordered by 11:00 PM (these services are not available at weekends & do not apply to pallet orders, priority dispatch is subject to stock availability & current workload on the day.)

If your order is not stocked or unavailable for dispatch, we will advise you giving you a date where possible for the availability of the goods.

Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery; no claims with regard to damage items can be made after our courier has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery. Whilst we take all reasonable care to ensure our orders are packed sufficiently, small dents to our metal containers are often unavoidable and considered acceptable when transporting via the parcel courier network, we will not accept claims for damaged items that are merely superficial denting to containers. Photographic evidence will be required!

*Priority delivery services offered by the courier are non-guaranteed and may be subject to delay due to circumstances beyond control. No compensation will be paid for late delivery once the order has been dispatched on the agreed day.
