Delivery Information

UK Standard Delivery

  • Free Delivery: Orders over £110 (excl. VAT) qualify for free standard delivery to most mainland UK addresses.
  • Standard Delivery Charge: Orders under £110 (excl. VAT) – £7.95 + VAT.
  • Delivery Times: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next working day.
  • Regional Surcharges: Deliveries to mainland Scotland and offshore islands may incur additional charges. Please contact us for a delivery quote before placing your order.

Note: Standard delivery times are not guaranteed and may be extended during busy periods or national holidays.

⚠️ Please note:

  • Premium delivery services are subject to stock availability, delivery area, and current workload.
  • Orders requiring premium delivery must be placed by phone and before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday).
  • Courier services are not guaranteed, we are not responsible if delays occur.
  • If you pay for a priority dispatch option, we will guarantee the dispatch date quoted but not the delivery date.
  • Premium or priority dispatch is not available at weekends and does not apply to pallet orders.

Delivery Notifications & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, our main courier (APC) will send an email with tracking information.

APC offers a Consignee Choice service, allowing you to authorise parcels to be left safely at your premises without signature or person present. We use this option by default if no instruction is given.

  • If you choose this option via APC tracking or request it when ordering, please note that this will be entirely at your own risk.
  • We cannot replace or refund items that go missing after being left unattended.

Our courier will normally make two delivery attempts. It is your responsibility to be able to receive delivery or make provision for it to be left safely. If delivery cannot be completed after these attempts, additional charges may apply or collection from the local depot will be requested.

For smaller parcels (up to 5 litres max), we may use Royal Mail 48-hour service where suitable.


Large Items & Drums
  • 205-litre drums are excluded from free standard delivery.
  • Delivery charges for drums will vary depending on your postcode & any restrictive requirements.
  • Please contact us directly when ordering to confirm pricing and arrangements.

Delivery Damage & Inspection

Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery.

  • Any damage must be recorded with the courier at the time of delivery.
  • We cannot accept claims for damage reported after the courier has left the premises unless the delivery was signed as damaged.
  • Superficial dents to metal containers can occur in transit and are considered acceptable within the courier network.
  • For any valid claims, photographic evidence will be required.

International Orders

We currently do not process online orders for delivery outside the UK. For export enquiries, please contact [email protected]

Important Notes

  • All courier services are non-guaranteed and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control.
  • No compensation will be provided for late deliveries once the order has been dispatched on the agreed day.
  • If your order is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to provide an estimated availability date.
