MAN in Black returns home to Donington

The 2013 British Truck Racing Championship returns to Donington Park, the home of British Truck Racing, for its fifth round this weekend.

The ever popular Donington meeting always provides action packed races and this weekend will be no exception.

Dave Jenkins and his “MAN in Black” truck, which is sponsored by Morris Lubricants, has high hopes for the weekend, with Donington not only being Dave’s favourite track but his home one too. He is determined to score as many points as possible whilst keeping the crowds entertained.

“The team is very positive as we approach an important weekend of racing,” he said. “At Thruxton we were running really well until a collision put us out of the last race. In Germany only a bit of bad luck prevented us from scoring more points. I always look forward to Donington, it’s a great track and the crowds are always fantastic.”

As always Dave and the team are happy to meet fans, so why not visit them in the paddock where you can get up close with the MAN in Black and its driver.

Regular updates, news and action will be tweeted throughout the weekend so follow the team @ATETruckRacing.
