SUPERCUT 2000
CNC MACHINING WATER SOLUBLE COOLANT
Description
Supercut 2000 an extreme pressure, micro-emulsion metal working fluid suitable for all general machining operations on ferrous materials up to and including high carbon steels and most stainless steels. Also inhibited for use on brasses and cuprous and aluminium alloys. The product readily dilutes to give a fine microemulsion in all water qualities, with an inherent ability to resist bacterial degradation and the intrusion of tramp oils.
Supercut 2000 has good de-foaming characteristics and free rinsing properties. It may also be employed for non-critical grinding operations, thereby allowing workshop rationalisation where a single coolant is desirable.
